DK is a serial entrepreneur and ex-General Manager at Hewlett-Packard as well as a consultant to large financial, biotech, pharmaceutical, and other high-tech companies. He has provided business transformation services to start-ups, mid-market and Fortune 100 companies in addition to successfully launching multiple product and services businesses. Donnie is ex-Chairman and member of downtown Mountain View's CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). DK brings a plethora of energy, integrity, technical and managerial experience to the role of mentor, consultant and colleague.
W. Charles Perry – CTO (leads innovation)
Charles is an engineer’s engineer; practicing architectural, structural, civil, and mechanical and fire protection engineering for over 30 years. His no-nonsense, approach provides clients with straight-forward understanding of issues, impediments and options. From initial inspection through design and build, Charles consistently demonstrates high integrity and concern for the client’s best interest.

Parviz has thirty years of motivating internal and external teams and hands-on experience in technical design & analysis (FEM & BEM), systems engineering, requirements development , integration, Test, and follow-up. He has worked in Aerospace, Mechanical Product Design, Automotive, Defense, Software Implementation & Support industries.
